Kungfu Football

A handful of United players squared off with some Chelsea groundskeepers during their warm down. It is has been reported that things popped off when the players refused to leave the pitch after being ask to do so. Something was said, and the situation proceeded to get all WWE. Patrice Evra, in particular, seemed to relish his chance at world wrestling championship title glory against the bigger and stronger Chelsea groundsman. In fact, there have been other speculations that Evra has already mastered the art of "Yi Yang Tongue" similar to the Chinese martial art "Yi Yang Finger"(一阳指), a martial art which has its own unique way of striking acupuncture points. The highest level of the Yi Yang Finger could emit lethal Qi from one's fingers and in Evra's case, the Qi will emit from the tongue, causing one to be motionless.

Eugene Ong, our very own Patrice Evra, has already announced to his teammates and the media that he has been practicing the martial art and is already at the 7th level of the martial art skill. He also proudly states that he requires just 1 more level to reach invincibility and that he is not afraid to unleash the "Yi Yang Tongue" at his enemies. On hearing the news, captain Tan Boon Han is delighted that Eugene has taken extra time to practice alternate skills even during his daily rehabilitation from persistent ankle and shoulder injuries. Speaking to SoccerNEI.com, the captain also praises Eugene for being a good role model to his other teammates and hopes that they will follow Eugene's shoes and start to add creative skills to counter the rapidly evolving style of football. Football fans of ESFC can only look forward to the promising future with the prospect of the players using famous martial arts like Eric Cantona's Shadowless Kick, Zizou's Iron Head Technique and Alex Hleb's Thousand Hands Slap.

What a revolutionary way to add excitement to the game!

Take it to the next level!

We managed to get our good friend Eric Cantona here down to the Kappa warehouse for a professional jersey photoshoot for your viewing pleasure. As you can see, we're gonna win looking good.

On the right is our upcoming home kit: red top, white shorts and black socks (a la the champions Man United); and on the left is our away kit: blue top with the same white sorts and black socks. Note that there will be numbers hot-pressed on both shirts and shorts, and embroidered logos just beneath the shirt's "Kappa" as well. The jerseys should be ready for collection by next Friday.

Ever wondered how it's like playing alongside Fabregas, against Ronaldo and Ronaldinho? You just have to check out Nike's latest "Take It To The Next Level" commercial. Enjoy!

Double Trouble?

First and foremost, ESFC welcomes Jason Chew to the team with wide open arms and the signing of such a good quality player signals the intention of the club to do well in the up and coming Espzen league. With 4 strikers vying for the starting place in the first eleven, it is still unclear which one can make the position his own. Striker Md Nizar has already informed the media that he is not going to give up his place without a fight and vowed to impress the team with his performances. The other strikers, Yenhao who has still yet to return from his overseas trial with the Taiwan KMT team and Jeremy Low who is still short of match-fitness after 2 years of persistent knee injuries, will be absent for the next few matches. So... its up to Jason Chew and Md Nizar to show that one of them is worthy of a place in the starting eleven in the preferred 4-5-1 formation.

Defensive midfielder Jason Angelo has announced that he will be abandoning ESFC for a couple of weeks for his overseas trip to film some Taiwan girls for his personal collection. He also shocks his teammates and the public with his proclamation that the he is in fact the lead actor in a widely publicized Edison Chen sex scandal whereby sexually explicit and nude photographs of himself and several high-profile female celebrities from the Hong Kong entertainment industry became widely circulated on the Internet. How he did it still puzzles everyone but there are rumors that the proclamation is fake and just a publicity stunt as members of ESFC have stood out and said that his kukujiao isn't as huge in real life as the one depicted on the photographs.

With Jason Angelo out for the next 2 games, can Guan Long from Ah Long Pte Ltd step up and prove that he warrants a place in the starting eleven? Watch this space to find out!

Chelski vs Manyoahyo!

Hordes of Manyoo fans in the ESFC ranks are going to curse Kim's prediction to The Singapore Shite Times that his favourite club Chelski is going to whip Manyoo's arse later in the league decider tonight. The solitary Chelski supporter in ESFC isn't afraid to have his arse turned upside down with his bold prediction and instead is looking forward to seeing his teammates tomorrow in VJC and showing them the V sign(not the other V). With the 4 years unbeaten home record in Stamford Bridge still looking strong, Manyoo's chance doesn't look very promising, especially as Vidic is still shitting in his pants.

Watch the game live tonight and a note to all Manyoo fans, please don't shit in your pants in awe of Chelski power! HAHA!

Match Preview

Amidst the examinations, Tan Weilin has found time to play for his club. To him, Club is more important than a Degree. Meanwhile, the same could not be said of Nathan the keeper And Wak Safri. Nathan has actually taken time off from playing as he is trying to lob over foreign course-toppers in order to be in the dean's list. Wak meanwhile has been busy re-decorating his hostel into a mini safari in order to get into the exam mode.

As for the rest, everyone is psyched up for this sunday's match. This can be easily deduced from just looking at the comments of no-nonsense Tan Zhonglun, who said that he is relishing this opportunity after 2 years of luckless hope during A div.

Latest news! Captain Tan Boon Han is on the verge of sealing a magnificient signing of one of Kumar's best players of his coaching career. Jason, the tall, lean and handsome striker from Kumar's old school team is keen in joining ESFC. Let's hope the deal is sealed by saturday, so that he'll be able to play on Sunday.

As for the rest, please do some stamina conditioning as reminded by the captain Tan Boon Han. He also told his players, "bring an extra pair of lungs".

New Face!

With the new template in place for ESFC's website, now what's left are the jerseys to be ready and the season to kick start! I hope you guys will like this design of mine and any feedback please refer back to www.knnbccb.com :)

Now... lets just hope Manyoo gets thru to the next round of the Champions' League.
